I'm unable to run tor on OpenPLi 6.1

I've copied tor that I was using on OpenPLi 4 to 6.1 and can't make it working:

 

root@sh1:~# /usr/bin/tor
/usr/bin/tor: error while loading shared libraries: libz.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
 

root@sh1:~# ldd /usr/bin/tor
        /lib/ld.so.1 (0x77ee4000)
        linux-vdso.so.1 (0x77f12000)
        libz.so.1 => not found
        libm.so.6 => not found
        libevent-2.0.so.5 => not found
        libssl.so.1.0.0 => not found
        libcrypto.so.1.0.0 => not found
        libpthread.so.0 => not found
        libdl.so.2 => not found
        libc.so.6 => not found

 

Problem is that I have all those libraries, mostly in /lib directory, can someone help me?

Third party plugin topic (add/update/remove)

As there are several third party plugins in the feed, I'd thought to make a general topic for requests for this feed.

 

This can contain the following:

 

1. Request to add a third party plugin

Please describe what the plugin does, why it is an addition to the already provided functionality so the developers can have a look at it if it's an addition they would like to offer

=> Off course the plugin may not contain any illegal activity such as streaming from illegal sources etc

 

2. Request to update a third party plugin

If a plugin in the feed is followed up by a new version, it can be requested to update the plugin (please provide the latest version as attachment)

 

3. Request to remove a third party plugin

If the functionality of a plugin is already present in the functionality, doesn't work (and there is no update) or has no added value anymore it might be a good idea to ask if it's removed to keep the offered plugins clean.

I'm looking for a source were I can find a VPS plugin that works with OpenPli 4. My box is an Xtrend 9200.

Hello,

Is it possible to reduce the number of channels per page of the bouquet?

For example, when I select a bouquet, there are 17 channels.
I would like to put only 10 channels per page, increase the text and size of the picons.

i want to build a plugin to update the epgcache , infact epgcache is updated every 60min i want to change the intervall of update from 60min to 1 min oe 5min so i wonder if i can call the file c++ epgcache.h or epgcache.cpp in a python plugin ????

i wonder if a i can build my own image and make some modification in the lib/dvd/epgcache  ,, i already build my environment as you can see in the image but i dont find lib/dvb/epgcache i'm just a beginner and i need some help i want to change the intervall update of epgcache i want to make 5 min instead of 60 min

You need to install JRE (Java Runtime Environment) !

Download it from http://www.filehippo.com/download_jre/ (Windows)

Recommended JRE version : 8.0 build 102

Place your IPK files here then run IPKFeedGenerator.jar

It will create Packages and Packages.gz for you

As you know you can run a jar file in any operating system (Windows, Linux, macOS, ...) because it's Java

I did compile it with Java 8u102/NetBeans 8.1 so you need JRE 1.8.x

Enjoy creating IPK feeds

i wanna include a patch epgcache.h in enigma2.bb is that simple just add for exemple:

at the begining of reboot all the event now/next are available (in channel list and in EPG Multi)

 

the next 3 pictures you can see the difrence

the event Now/next begins to disapear and the (EPGCACHE) will not update or reload until 60min (I tested)

so if we change the value in epgcache.h

telnet session closed (automatically)

OMFG....just when I thought I understood a tiny little bit how it works...

 

I had to reflash OpenPli 6.1, which went fine.

Then my back up did not have the iptv player from SamSamSam installed,

so I decided to re-install that with telnet (iMac High Sierra 10.13.2) through the program iDreamX.

 

This has always worked fine until now but..

 

When I start a telnet session, it immediately closes.

 

I tried to go back to OP6.0 but that gives me the same closed telnet session.

 

Anyone that can advise me how to solve this?

Is there another way to re-install Samx3's iptvplayer?

Cannot change Kodi timezone.

Have just installed this onto my Zgemma H7C running OpenPLI 6.1. Seems to work. However, the ability to change to the timezone is greyed out and therefore one hour ahead of what it needs to be. Obviously, I would like to make the option available, or alternatively is there a file on the box that can be editted? Thanks.
