Modernised and rejuvenated old and now defunct PowerBoard PBNIGMA, one would say - but with many novelties, as you will see, thanx to tireless work of Delfi, Franc and Terrajoe, AFAIK... (in that respect, I am but a humble lay tester... with some experience... 
)
Of course, OpenPLi and OE-A codes are built into this - needless to say and yet, here it is anyway - but with that little special extra stuff... 
I am not exactly properly informed - not being a coder myself, for one thing - but you will find Delfi's handywork in many things (he was - more than anyone else, to the best of my "knowledge" - behind the first proper integration of E2 and Kodi, for instance), Franc has contributed heavily, especially having in mind his hitherto impressive and rather special skins portfolio, from the gorgeous skin, to HbbTV and IMDb plugins and onwards and so on and on...
I will be writing a "PurE2 tutorial", continuing on the world's first pretty comprehensive "alternative guide to AZbug HD OFW and E2", both written by yours truly, in support of this special little team...
