AutoBouquets E2 for 28.2E problem

I have been using this plugin Autobouquets for 28.2, but from last night many numbers are missing: on no.106 Sky 1, next missing 107 Sky living, also missing channels under number 108, 121, 122, 124 etc etc.
Really don’t know why this is happening. Any help please.
