hi my zgemma box is looping every 10secs,tried various usb sticks but still happens,log says "we are really sorry your STB has encountered a software problem and needs to be restarted"etc
end of log says"import error:cannot import name" box info" from components system info "{/usr/lib/enigma2/python/components/systeminfo.pyc}
how do i get my box working again ,thanks
